Pickering Development Project

Ansar Financial’s mixed development project in Pickering, Ontario is moving forward. Ansar Financial is persistently working with the Ministry of Health, City of Pickering and other regulatory agencies to establish a Long-Term Health Care facility which will cater to the needs of the Muslim community.

The plan is to build three buildings and forty townhomes on Brock Road, north of Finch. Building 1 will include retail and commercial units on the main level, with office space on the second floor and residential condo’s on the upper three floors. A second building will be a seniors’ residence, and the third building will be the Long-Term Healthcare facility next to the scenic Pickering Village Creek.

City of Pickering Mayor David Ryan has taken a special interest in our project and has been very supportive.
